06.16.2005 11:53 AO

Henning Hansen has been CEO of Norman for the last four years. Under his leadership, Norman has experienced a very positive development. The company’s revenue has grown by more than 60 per cent, while Norman’s profitability is strongly improved. The company’s activities have become focused and the shareholders have been rewarded with dividends and a stock price development second to few other Norwegian IT companies.

“My mandate four years ago was to turn the company around. I think it is quite safe to say ‘mission accomplished’. I am leaving a financially strong company with a unique technological position in the anti virus industry," says Henning Hansen.

“On behalf of the board I would like to thank Henning Hansen for a job well done. Personally, I have worked with him in various capacities for more than 12 years. The board is very sad to see Mr Hansen leave. However, we wish him the best of luck with his new responsibilities," says Svein Ramsay Goli, Norman’s chairman.

Henning Hansen will stay on with Norman until a new CEO has been appointed.

At FIRM, Henning Hansen will lead a new management team and will also take an ownership position with the company. FIRM is the world’s leading provider of survey & reporting software for Market Research and Enterprise Insight Management (EIM). FIRM is headquartered in Oslo and has offices in London, New York and San Francisco.
