A. Copyrights
1. Producer and author of Software is M2 NET S.A. company and authors of components mentioned in documentation and text files (Author).
2. It is forbidden to delete or change information about authors of application and/or components.

B. Payments
1. Software can be used without any payment.
2. It is forbidden to collect any payment for Software .
3. It is allowed to collect payments for services regarding to deployment or support for Software, especially for installation, technical support, training.
4. It is forbidden to use commercial components in Software. In such case it is required to purchase commercial license for Software.

C. Commercial use
1. Software can be used for non-commercial and commercial use with restrictions defined in this license.
2. Software can not be used to provide payable services through wide web (eg. Internet), which provides detecting spam or detecting viruses or content control or mail archive functionality or Lotus Notes functions in widely understood ASP (application service provider) term.
3. Software can not be used to create or sell competitive products to Secure Mail Intelligence!

D. License validity time
1. Following license is valid lifetime.

E. Number of licenses
1. Software can be installed and used on unlimited servers number.
2. Software can be used to protect unlimited number of mailboxes and users.

F. Free distribution
1. Software can be freely distributed on condition that installation package remain unchanged.
2. During distribution of Software it is required to inform recipient about authors of this software and limited responsibility of authors.

G. Prohibition to extract components
1. It is forbidden to split installation package or to extract any component.
2. It is forbidden to use any component of this Software standalone.

H. Prohibition to add new components
1. It is forbidden to use or treat Software or any its component as integral part of other software or service available via Internet.
2. Software may be distributed on one data storage disc with other software.

I. No access to source code
1. Software software is distributed in binary form without access to source code.
2. It is forbidden to disassemble and use any method to restore source code.

J. Testing commercial components
1. During testing period (if not defined else - 30 days) commercial components added to Software can be used.

K. Limited warranty
1. Software comes with no warranty.
2. Software comes with no guaranty.
3. It is possible to buy support for Software.
4. Software support (without any warranty) is available via internet community.

L. Limited responsibility
1. Author takes no responsibility for any damage which was caused by running or using Software.

M. Prohibited use
1. It is forbidden to use Software if that could lead to injury or death; produce, manage, supervision of nuclear power; destruction of natural environment.
